QuickBooks Payroll - Enterprise

Two 2-hour sessions

Cost: $49.95 (cost covers both sessions)

You will need to bring a Flash Drive storage device for this class.  If you do not have one you will need to purchase one.
Week One:  Payroll Set Up and what you need to know as an employer. 
Employee vs Contractor, what is required for a "New Hire". Payroll procedures (guidelines only). Setting up Payroll Accounts and knowing the difference between expenses and liabilities. Setting up Payroll "Items" and adding employees. 
Week Two:  Using Payroll, reports, W-2's and 1099's. 
Learn how to enter time, pay employees, print paystubs and process tax/liability payments. Learn how to process State and Federal Quarterly and Yearly forms along with W-2' and 1099's.
