Bond Project Overview
The BMCC Board of Education voted unanimously on Oct. 1, 2014, a “motion to proceed on a capital improvement bond” on the May 19, 2015, election ballot for voters to consider. The decision came after numerous community meetings over the course of the past year with residents in Umatilla and Morrow counties, as well as a six month-long review of the BMCC master facilities plan and capital improvement projects by a Citizen’s Review Panel of community members, BMCC faculty and students.

- Protect Our Community Investment a. Increase the livability of your community through affordable education and family wage jobs. b. Invest in critical infrastructure, technology and maintenance updates. c. Reduce operational costs through energy efficiencies.
