Located 30 miles west of the Pendleton campus, BMCC Hermiston serves the Western region of the college district. A full range of college services is available including a comprehensive basic skills and extended learning program. Annually, the Hermiston campus has over 5000 individual registrations for classes and generates almost 20% of the college FTE's. Associate Arts Oregon Transfer degrees are offered with a combination of day and evening classes. The campus has as a comprehensive business lab, which is open during day and evening hours.
BMCC Hermiston serves western Umatilla County and North Morrow County. Offerings include:

- College preparatory classes including ABE, GED preparation and testing, and ESL in English and Spanish
- Customized training for business and industry
- Emergency medical training, first aid, and occupational certifications

With the Eastern Oregon Higher Education Center, BMCC Hermiston offers access to postsecondary education and related student services, in partnership with Eastern Oregon University (EOU). EOU offers on-site courses in business, education, and liberal studies, as well as the continued availability of online programs.The Small Business Development Center (SBDC) office in Hermiston provides training. Training programs can be housed at job sites from a variety of topics or may utilize several methods of delivery including on-line, interactive TV and self-study.
