Graduation Requirements
Application for Degrees & Certificates
Students must apply for degrees and certificates. Pick up your application through the Admissions & Records Office or click here. Application should be made two (2) terms prior to program completion. Refer to the calendar in the front of the catalog for specific dates.
The student’s academic advisor will assist them in the completion of the graduation application and degree worksheets (check-off sheets). Degree worksheets (check-off sheets) are outlines of the courses and grades required for graduation.
Students who complete requirements for a degree or certificate and have submitted an application for graduation with the Admissions & Records Office according to published timelines will receive their diplomas by mail.
Curriculum Deviations
All requests for waivers and exceptions to requirements for degrees and certificates must be submitted to the Office of Instruction and the Registrar. Curriculum Deviation Forms are available in the Admissions & Records Office.
