| Custodian | Custodian Pendleton, OR Salary: $10.37 per hour BMCC seeks a Full-Time Custodian to join the Buildings and Grounds Department. The position will work Monday through Fridays, 4:00 pm to 12:00 am. Applicant must be able to read and write English and lift 50 lbs continuously and perform other physical requirements for the position. Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED, and one to two years of custodial experience. |

| Nursing Instructor, Medical/Surgical or OB | BMCC seeks multi-talented energetic Full-Time (tenure track) Nursing Instructor to instruct students in an Associate of Nursing Degree program with Practical Nurse and Nursing Assistant options available. Ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in medical/surgical Nursing and/or OB Nursing. | Controller | Full - time, Pendleton Salary $52,400 - $61,700 Closes 11/3/08 The Controller reports to the Vice President, Operations, and has the overall responsibility and authority for controlling and reporting on the financial activities of the college. The Controller develops and implements the financial control policies, processes, and procedures for the college and manages the accounting, business, auditing, purchasing, contracting, property, and document control & records management programs/departments. The Controller assists the Vice President, Operations, who is the chief financial officer for the college and the chief budget officer for the education district, by participating in planning at the strategic level and by (a) coordinating the development of a business plan and a budget that enable the strategic goals and objectives of the college and (b) establishing the controls necessary to effectively and efficiently manage the business plan and oversee budget expenditures. |
