On Feb 5, 2009, Governor Ted Kulongoski signed Go Oregon! into law, authorizing sale of bonds to fund important capital projects at facilities throughout Oregon. Below are projects funded for Blue Mountain Community College. More information about the statewide project at Go Oregon!

Project #361 ($730,500)
Project Description: Safety & Security
Project Scope:
- Security card access for all buildings at Pendleton campus
- Security cameras for all buldings at Pendleton campus
- Fire alarm panels & system upgrades at Pendleton, Hermiston, Baker city, Milton-Freewater, and Boardman campuses
- ADA access doors at Pendleton, Hermiston, Baker City, Milton-Freewater, and Boardman campuses
- Energy efficient lighting upgrades at Pendleton campus
- Campus signage upgrades at Pendleton campus
Project #362 ($290,000)
Project Description: Electrical Distribution Associated with (15) Transformers
Project Scope:
- Replace existing transformers at Pendleton campus
- Upgrade electrical distribution system by replacing primary transformers and associated secondary electrical systems at Pendleton campus
Project #363 ($1,150,000)
Project Description: Aging Infrastructure Upgrades
Project Scope:
- HVAC upgrades at multiple buildings at Pendleton campus (boilers, chillers, and subsystems)
- Energy efficient window upgrades at Pendleton campus
- Solar array panels at Pendleton campus (MACRAE Center)
