On May 9th, we welcomed Sunridge Middle School’s 8th-grade class for engaging campus tours. This initiative, following the success of previous visits like the 5th-grade trip, aimed to introduce students to higher education possibilities.

During the tours, students explored BMCC’s campus, interacted with staff and students, and learned about academic programs and support services. The event aimed to inspire and educate students about college life and future career paths.

“We’re thrilled to host Sunridge Middle School and showcase our vibrant campus,” said Joey GrosJacques, Director of Recruitment & Retention at BMCC. “These tours are crucial in sparking interest and preparing students for higher education.”

The collaboration between BMCC and Sunridge Middle School highlights a commitment to educational enrichment. These experiences empower students to envision their academic futures and strive for success.

As the tours concluded, students left with new insights and aspirations, thanks to BMCC’s dedication to community engagement and fostering a love for learning.
