Notice of Budget Committee Meeting

A public meeting of the Budget Committee of BLUE MOUNTAIN COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT, Baker, Morrow and Umatilla Counties, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025, will be held via Zoom at or by phone at 1-253-215-8782.  The meeting ID is 953 5731 1394 and passcode is 952893. Limited in-person attendance is available for this meeting at the Blue Mountain Community College Boardroom, Room # 101 in Pioneer Hall, 2411 NW Carden Ave, Pendleton, Oregon. The meeting will take place on May 13, 2024 at 5:00 p.m.  The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget.  A copy of the budget document may be inspected on-line at no later than May 10, 2024.

This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place.  Any person may participate in the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.  If you would like to provide public comment during the meeting or attend in-person, we ask that you notify Shannon Franklin at no later than 12:00 pm the day of the meeting or by mail to Shannon Franklin, Board Secretary, 2411 NW Carden Ave, Pendleton, OR  97801.  If a person with disability needs assistance in order to participate in the meeting, or if you wish to offer your comments regarding the proposed budget, please notify Shannon Franklin at 541-278-5951.  If deemed necessary by the Budget Committee, a second meeting will be held on May 20, 2024 at 5:00 p.m.  This meeting will be held via Zoom at the same Zoom link and phone number listed above and the same physical location. Public comment will be handled in the same manner as outlined above.
