Sexual misconduct offenses include, but are not limited to:
The voluntary, informed, uncoerced agreement through words and actions freely given, which a reasonable person would interpret as a willingness to participate in mutually agreed-upon sexual acts. Title IX also provides support for students who are pregnant or have pregnancy-related conditions related to childbirth, false pregnancy, termination of pregnancy, lactation or recovery from these conditions.
