The BMCC Milton-Freewater Center is located in Umatilla County about 30 miles north of Pendleton and just 5 miles from the Washington state line on North Columbia St next to Safeway. Students can take college and community education classes, receive in-person assistance and access helpful resources onsite. Courses are delivered face-to-face, via Zoom, and online – take your pick! Students who are residents of California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, and Washington are charged the in-state resident tuition rate.
BMCC Milton-Freewater’s testing facilities offer proctored testing for placement exams, BMCC academic testing, and testing for other colleges or universities for a small fee. Valid/current Photo ID is required at the time of your exam. Cell phones, backpacks/bags, laptops and all other electronic devices must be stored in a locker prior to your test.
