The Inclusive Career Advancement Program (ICAP) is a federally funded grant for people with disabilities wanting to pursue post-secondary education to further their career goals. This program offers individualized planning, guidance, and connection to services that will help you achieve your desired career.

To qualify for ICAP you must be qualified to receive Vocational Rehabilitation services. Visit the following links to learn more about VR.
Step 1 – Your ICAP/VR career coach will meet with you about needs and goals.
Step 2 – Collaboratively build a post-secondary education success plan with your ICAP/VR career coach.
Step 3 – We will connect you with resources to enhance your success as a post-secondary education student.
Step 4 – Offer guidance through training and help you achieve employment in the career field you have chosen.
