The Vice President of Student Services at BMCC provides leadership and strategic direction for all non-academic aspects of the student experience, both inside and outside the classroom. This role oversees a wide range of services and programs designed to support student well-being, engagement, and success, while also ensuring compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations, including Title IX, ADA, and financial aid policies.
The Associate Vice President of Enrollment and Student Services works in conjunction with the division’s Vice President to provide leadership for programs and services that help students succeed. This role oversees key areas of student services, including enrollment services, advising, financial aid, recruitment and retention, student resources, student conduct, and support programs such as TRIO, ensuring students have access to the resources they need to reach their goals. The Associate Vice President helps create a welcoming, student-centered environment while promoting engagement, responsibility, and personal growth.
Provides administrative assistant services as part of the support for the Office of Student Services.
Responsible for athletic leadership, support, coaching, and training. Oversees BMCC athletic programs, including baseball, basketball (men and women), golf (men and women), rodeo (men and women), softball, soccer (men and women), and volleyball.
Assists students with registration, transcripts, and academic records, providing support from application to graduation. The Registrar ensures the accuracy and integrity of student records while overseeing course registration, grades, and degree completion.
Connects prospective students to the college, guiding them through admissions, academic and career planning, and providing ongoing support to help them persist and succeed through graduation. This position builds relationships and coordinates resources to promote student engagement and success.
Leads programs and services that address students’ non-academic needs, including student employment, basic needs, SNAP training and employment programs (STEP), accommodations services, career placement, health and wellness support, and veteran services. This role ensures students have the resources to succeed.
Oversees programs designed to help first-generation, low-income, and disabled students succeed in college. This role provides leadership in academic support, academic planning, and resources that promote student retention and graduation.
